Posterna lystes på nationens hemsida den 10 januari Lysningen publicerades också på nationens Facebook och Instagram. Det var möjligt att skicka in förslag på lämpliga kandidater fram till den 19 januari klockan
Valkommittén bestod av Malmö Nations Quratel. Efter nomineringsstoppet så hölls intervjuer för posterna och därefter så bereddes valet inom kommittén.
När valkommittén fattat beslut om vilka som tilldelats respektive post så meddelades samtliga kandidater. Malmö Nation tackar alla sökande för visat intresse och är väldigt imponerade över den kompetens som finns bland våra medlemmar.

Malmö Nation is characterized by approximately 90 civil servants and functionaries who all work each semester
is involved in creating the special atmosphere and cohesion that we are very proud of

Many of our members come from Sweden's larger cities. We currently have over members, which makes us one of Lund's largest nations. In addition to this, we are absolutely the biggest when it comes to organizing parties. We have had performances from artists such as: Avicii, Kygo, Dada Life, Oskar Linnros, Otto Knows,, John Newman, Thomas Stenström, Myra Granberg, Icona Pop and many more!
We always like to push the boundaries of what is possible for a nation to accomplish. During the spring term , we carried out our third Carnival in the nation - the Maxivalen. During this weekend we welcome 6 people who were able to take part in fantastic performances by, among others, Myra Granberg, Thomas Stenström and Icona Pop!

Malmö nation is one of thirteen student nations of Lund University in Sweden. With its 3, members, it is the fourth-largest nation in Lund - ranking behind Lunds but ahead of Västgöta.[1]
The nation is notable for arranging its own carnival that runs parallel to the Lund Carnival every four years.[2][additional citation(s) needed]
History
[edit]The nation has its origins in one of the university's first nations, Skånska Nationen (named after, and composed of students from Scania) which existed from the late s to , when its size essentially forced the nation to split into multiple chapters. In , it was decided that five of the chapters were to be reformed as Nations in their own right, dissolving Skånska Nationen. Thus, on January 1, , the Nations that are known today by the names of Malmö, Lunds, Sydskånska, Kristianstad and Helsingkrona were formed.[3]
At the nation's year anniversary in , it had 2, members. Between and , the nation was based at Vallgården in Malmö.[4] In , the nation erected the first of its three properties in Lund, at Östra Vallgatan. The two latter p
