Favoritreportage! Förra året gjorde jag ett fint dumplingsjobb för Allt om Mat tillsammans med duktiga fotograf Charlie Drevstam. Ångade dumplings, potstickers och giozas, wonton i het buljong och goda kimchitillbehör. Prova potstickers med fläsk, ingefära och kål - gott!

STYLEJUICER

If you read my post on Swedish celebrity chef Tommy Myllymäki&#;s home yesterday you may have noticed the beautiful photographic print above his dining table.

It&#;s by Charlie Drevstam who worked with Tommy on both his books ‘Sauces’ and ‘Natur &#; Kultur’.

His photography is innovative and fresh I adore the stylized art direction and food styling which is an interesting combination between classic still life and contemporary minimalism. The splashes provide a great connection with the subject matter of &#;sauces&#; which can be a bit of a mission to bring to life.

Animals. The collection is exploring the shape and contexture of animals.

LOST and FOUND. After closing time items lost by the restaurants visitors were found on the floor and collected by the staff. Three months later they were picked up in a box and documented for this eclectic collection.
