If you read my post on Swedish celebrity chef Tommy Myllymäkis home yesterday you may have noticed the beautiful photographic print above his dining table.
Its by Charlie Drevstam who worked with Tommy on both his books ‘Sauces’ and ‘Natur Kultur’.
His photography is innovative and fresh I adore the stylized art direction and food styling which is an interesting combination between classic still life and contemporary minimalism. The splashes provide a great connection with the subject matter of sauces which can be a bit of a mission to bring to life.
Check out the rest of his portfolio here.

Animals. The collection is exploring the shape and contexture of animals.
LOST and FOUND. After closing time items lost by the restaurants visitors were found on the floor and collected by the staff. Three months later they were picked up in a box and documented for this eclectic collection.
FLOWERS. Flowers dripping, flowers alluring and some are curtailed and mounted in another shape.
